Eine digitale Datenbank bietet die Möglichkeit, Datenräume auch in Zukunft unbegrenzt [Zug um Zug] weiter auszubauen und ohne strukturelle Veränderung künstlerische Inhalte in Breite wie Tiefe zu expandieren. So kann nicht nur die mediale Transformation von Arbeiten, sondern auch ergänzendes Material aus Theorie und Praxis und die Aufarbeitung relevanter Nebengebiete zur historischen wie theoretischen Beurteilung des Gegenstandsbereichs in diese multidimensionale Matrix gestellt werden.

Das Tanztheater Wien [TTW] wurde durch die Arbeit von Tänzern, Choreographen, Designern und vielen anderen geformt. Manche sind geblieben, andere gingen weg und kamen wieder. Dieser Prozess erneuert und reformiert das Herangehen an jedes Stück, ist jedoch Teil derselben, sich stetig weiter fortsetzenden Arbeit.
NONE ARE STRANGERS bezieht sich auf diesen Prozess. In einer Tiefenströmung von Shakespeares »Sturm« übernimmt das Stück Verwandlung und Erneuerung als theatralische Mittel. Es ergründet, in Analogie zum »Sturm«, was es für den Körper bedeuten kann, vom Wasser weggerissen zu werden, was es bedeutet, zu verschwinden, sich in die schnellen Phrasierungen eines Ariel zu verwandeln, über Gewicht und Schwere nachzusinnen, sich gefangen und wieder frei zu fühlen, neu zu beginnen.
GRAF+ZYX haben in den Gründerjahren des TTW mit Musik und Design zur Arbeit beigetragen. Diesmal gestalteten beide ein 60minütiges elektronisches Bühnenbild/szenisches Video. Sie haben die Fragen zu den Themen von NONE ARE STRANGERS unabhängig beantwortet, Video und Tanz funktionieren als eine Verkettung von Zufällen.

Thus, not only the medial transformation of works of art can be set into this multi-dimensional matrix, but also supplemental material from theory and practice as well as the processing of relevant aspects of a historical and theoretical evaluation of the subject.

The work of dancers, choreographers, designers, and many other artists formed the Tanztheater Wien [TTW]. Some of them stayed, others left and came back. This process enables a renewed and reformed approach to every piece, and yet remains part of the same work, continuously perpetuating.
NONE ARE STRANGERS refers to this process. In one of the undercurrents of Shakespeare's »Tempest«, the piece adapts metamorphosis and regeneration as theatrical means. In analogy to the »Tempest« it attempts to fathom what it means for a body to be torn away by water, to disappear, to transform into the fast phrasings of Ariel, to ponder weight and heaviness, to feel caught and released, and to begin anew.
GRAF+ZYX contributed with music and design to the work done in the founding years of the TTW. Now they designed a 60minutes electronic stage setting/scenic video clip. Independently from the TTW, they answered to the issues of NONE ARE STRANGERS; video and dance operate as a chain of coincidences.
